Columbia Physical Therapy, PC has been proudly serving our community since 1987. We are therapist owned and results driven. Our staff offers a hands-on therapeutic approach, with individualized treatments tailored to fit the needs of each patient.

Gina Roemer

DPT, CSCS

Gina Roemer, owner of Columbia Physical Therapy PC, graduated from Russell Sage College in 2000 with a BS/MS degree in Physical Therapy. Later in 2006, she was awarded a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital’s Institute of Health Professions. Additionally, she also earned certification as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), which is geared for professionals who design and implement strength and conditioning programs for athletes.


Gina joined the staff of Columbia Physical Therapy, P.C. in 2000.  She has served as Director of Clinical Operations since 2008, and has been the practice owner since 2019.  She enjoys a combination of orthopedic PT, aquatic PT, one-on-one strength training, and pre-work screens. She loves giving back to the local community and is available for talks and workshops.


Gina is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Outside of the clinic, you can find her on the sidelines of a field or court somewhere cheering on her three kids playing sports.  Gina enjoys staying active herself with running and spinning, and loves spending time with friends and family.

Gina Roemer

Karen Haber

PT

Karen Haber graduated from the State University at Buffalo in 1997 with a BS degree in Physical Therapy. She spent her first year working at Maria Parham Hospital in North Carolina, treating patients in the hospital and outpatient clinic.


In 1998 Karen joined the staff of Columbia Physical Therapy, P.C. In 2000 she earned her certification to perform Isernhagen WorkWell Systems Functional Capacity Evaluations, Work Conditioning, Functional Job Analysis, and Pre-Work Screens. In 2001 Karen became a credentialed clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association. She is the acting Coordinator of clinical education at Columbia Physical Therapy, P.C. and the Director of Clinical Operations in our Valatie office.


Karen has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1997. She has a special interest in balance and vestibular rehabilitation and is available for community talks on balance and fall prevention.

Adrienne Salvagni

DPT

Adrienne graduated from Simmons College in 2006 with a DPT degree in Physical Therapy. In 2006, Adrienne joined the staff of Columbia Physical Therapy, P.C. She enjoys a combination of orthopedic PT, aquatic PT, and has a special interest in women’s health services. She is available for community talks and workshops.


Adrienne is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Among other sports, she enjoys skiing, biking, running, and has participated in the Corporate Challenge with the CPT team since 2007.

Stefanie Ryan

PT

Stefanie is a 2007 graduate of Springfield College, where she earned an MS degree in Physical Therapy. Stefanie joined the staff of Columbia Physical Therapy, P.C. in 2007. She enjoys a combination of orthopedic and post-surgical patients, as well as sports physical therapy.


Stefanie has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2004. In her free time, she enjoys running, swimming, and competitive sports, especially indoor soccer.

Amy Jerome

PTA

Amy Travis graduated from Maria College in 1989 with an AAS degree in Physical Therapy. After working with geriatric patients for 3-years, she joined the staff of Columbia Physical Therapy, P.C. in 1992 as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Although Amy is skilled in treating all diagnoses, and she also has a particular interest in orthopedic and sports medicine. Amy is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association with membership in the Section on Orthopedics. 


In her free time, Amy enjoys going to the gym, running, playing softball, and spending time with her two children.

Jenn graduated from Maria College in 2000 with an AAS degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Jenn joined our staff in 2000 shortly after graduating and doing a clinical rotation here.


Jenn enjoys the diversity of the field because she is able to assist many different clients such as geriatric, athletic, post-surgical, and pediatric patients.

Jennifer Church

Donna Finck

PTA

Donna is an honors graduate from Maria College in 2000, earning her AAS as a physical therapist assistant. She also earned a BS degree in physical education and health from the University of Tampa in 1985. She has enjoyed a variety of PTA experiences, including outpatient orthopedic, nursing home rehabilitation, and school-based therapy.


Donna has always been a competitive athlete. She was an All-American swimmer earning a 2nd place finish at the NCAA Division II Nationals in backstroke. She still enjoys running and continues to compete in road races.

Michaela Yannace

DPT

Michaela graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and then continued to earn a degree as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2010. Michaela was an intern at Columbia Physical Therapy, P.C. in the summer of 2009, and when she returned to the Capital District, she joined the staff. She also has an interest in the prevention and treatment of athletic injuries, aquatic therapy, and vestibular rehabilitation. 


She enjoys playing soccer, downhill skiing, tennis, and golfing. Michaela has been a member of the APTA since 2008.

Lydia Repnoy

DPT

Lydia graduated with a doctorate in Physical Therapy from Sage Graduate School in Troy, NY, in 2012 and joined the staff of Columbia Physical Therapy the same year. She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2009 and has special interests in orthopedics and geriatrics.


Lydia enjoys running, bicycling, winter sports, and spending time with family and friends in her free time.

Ashley Criscone

DPT

Ashley Quartulli graduated from Utica College in 2013 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She was an intern in the spring of 2013, and shortly after graduating, joined the staff of Columbia Physical Therapy, P.C. She enjoys orthopedic PT while working with all populations.

Ashley has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2010. 


She enjoys swimming, basketball, lacrosse, and a variety of other sports.

PTA

Deborah Winne graduated with honors from Maria College in 1995, completing an AAS degree as a Physical Therapists’ Assistant. She has worked in outpatient orthopedics for more than 20 years. Debbie has also worked in the sub-acute setting at a local Skilled Nursing Facility. She enjoys the variety of experiences a busy outpatient practice offers. Debbie has worked at Columbia Physical Therapy, P.C. per diem since 1999 and was thrilled to join the team full time in 2016. 


She enjoys painting and photography in her spare time, as well as cooking and baking.

Jenna Turner graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2013 with a Pre-Physical Therapy concentration. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from The Sage Graduate Schools in 2016. She spent the first year and a half of her career working in Dutchess County, NY, in a combination of outpatient orthopedic and school-based pediatric settings. She enjoys working with a variety of clients.


In her free time, Jenna enjoys running, playing soccer, being outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.

Jenna Turner

Cody Martucci

DPT, CPT

Cody graduated from The Sage Colleges in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Biology and continued to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May of 2020. Cody was an intern at Columbia Physical Therapy, P.C. during the winter of 2019 and joined our staff shortly after graduating. He has an interest in treating all patient populations with a specific interest in The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for treating pathology of the spine.  Cody is also a certified personal trainer and is available for one on one training in both of our locations.


In his free time, Cody enjoys playing basketball, watching sports, and spending time with his family and friends. Cody has been a member of the APTA since 2017.

Alison Romer

DPT

Alison Romer grew up in Nassau, NY, and graduated from Columbia High School. She completed her undergraduate degree at the State University at Oneonta in 2018 with a BS in Biology. While attending SUNY Oneonta Ali played on the Women’s Soccer Team. She then continued her studies at Russell Sage College where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Ali joined the staff at Columbia Physical Therapy in 2021. She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2018. She enjoys a combination of sports rehabilitation, pediatrics, manual therapy, as well as a personal interest in working with individuals with disabilities.


Ali enjoys leading an active lifestyle. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, playing soccer, cooking, and spending time with family/friends.
